Performer & world musician
Whether leading a drumming workshop, facilitating a sound journey, or performing live, his aim is to create meaningful experiences that bring people together.
Performing alongside his partner Martha as Alive Metal Handpan, Chewy creates immersive musical experiences that blend handpan melodies, rhythm, and improvisation.
Through live looping, he weaves together the sounds of the Handpan, Didgeridoo, Native American flute, Sansula, and percussion to create rich and uplifting sonic landscapes.
Having performed and facilitated workshops at festivals including Splore, Earth Beat, AUM, Resolution Festival, and Wingman Festival, Chewy brings authenticity, joy, and a genuine passion for creating connection through sound wherever he goes.
